Remote wont work
first try to buy universal remote ,the TV remote sensor not recognize your remote.
Black no sound on lights up
The inverter board is not lighting the screen. In some the cases the power supply is responsible for lighting this. Another problem, could be the inverter itself. As to say the starting resistors in the inverter board have changed values. The capacitors in the inverter board, could, as well, be bad! Thanks for asking and show a few hands of support!
The tv wont come on but the little green light
It appears that the inverter circuit board within the TV has burnt out. Contacting Sanyo directly about this issue will better help you. They will be able to direct you to a proper service center in your area. If the TV is still under warranty it should be covered.
My Sanyo DP32649 Will not turn on. The green light
Sounds like the power supply is bad.Do you know anything about working on circuit boards ? I bet some of the capacitors need replacing. This is a quick and very cheap fix if you know how to do it.
On the back of the tv is a panel held by two screws.Remove those and you have instant access to the power supply.Look and see if any of the capacitors are bulging or leaking.
My tv just stopped working
first check the power supply secondary using digital volt meter, there should be 12volt dc for drive circuits, and 120+ volt dc for horizontal output, but if the horizontal output is shorted, 120+VDC will just fold back, so check the Horizontal Output also.. hope this helps ;-)
I lost my original remote
Can't tell that. But i can tell u all universal remotes have some missing functions for the tvs only the original remotes have it all.Try website like Remotes.com to buy an exact remote to the original remote.
Remote IR code?
Sanyo TV's use these codes: 1047 1078 1080 1121 1129 1163
Try each one until you find the right one. In some cases there may be more than one.
Let me know if you need any more help
What do I use to clean the screen on a sane flat
The best is a mild solution of washing up liquid and clean warm water.
Use a clean lint free cloth and wet the cloth, wring it almost dry and wipe the screen over until clean.
Repeat this as often as required making certain not to let the cloth drip down the front of the screen.
Hope this helps

DP32649 It has been working fine and when I
1.Your LCD unit has a power supply issue in the primary side of the main board.
It will need to be serviced.
2.There are possibly a rectifier circuit and blown capacitors that need replacement. You may have a lcd controller that needs replacement as well.
3. Sears repair may be able to repair it for a fee or you can contact the manufacturer for a qualified tech in your area to repair the unit.
Sanyo DP32649 works fine for a few minute, then
I have the exact same problem. It's a volume control issue. For me, when I turn my TV on and have it on low volume, it works fine (but sounds somewhat distorted). But once I turn the volume up to normal levels, the speakers crackle and then go out. I opened my tv and checked my speakers, and they were perfectly fine; not blown or anything. As well, the audio processor and circuitry didn't appear burned at all.
This used happened every few months for 30min or and hour at a time. Then, about 2 months ago, it happened again, and ever since then it still hasn't worked properly. The only way I got around this was by buying a cheap 2.1 speaker system, and connecting it to the audio output on the TV. Or you could buy a speaker bar or home theater system. I believe this issue has to do with problems with the circuitry in the audio amplifier, and there's not much you can do except add external speakers, or contact Sanyo if you still have an active warranty.
Depending on where you bought your TV (such as from walmart), its possible that the LCD panel was produced by Sanyo, but the electronics were done in China. Walmart does this with nearly every TV they sell.
