Try this. Push and hold in the rest button while at the same time pull out the powers supply line from the unit. Release the reset and wait 30 seconds. Push in and hold in the reset button, apply power to the unit and keep holding the rest button in for 30 seconds, then let the reset go. It should reset everything back to factory settings and hopefully let you in with the original admin pw when you bought it.
