Kenmore Elite dishwasher 665-16352301 - rinse
It appears your rinse aid level switch has failed in this instance.
For replacement parts - head on over to PartSelect.com or RepairClinic.com and enter in your full model number for a full parts listing.
I recommend both sites because ...
FixYa has no affiliation with either site - I have been using and recommending them for years - trouble free.
PartSelect has a great schematic database for locating the part on your unit and great "testimonials" for each part that often times includes HOW-TO information.
RepairClinic has pictures of each part they sell and also a great how-to and troubleshooting for basic repairs.
If your unit has never been serviced - there should still be an original service manual enclosed in plastic taped to the inside of the shell.
In the service manual are Error codes, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps you can follow.
Anything too complicated or beyond your scope should be handled by a professional.
If you think you want to tackle the repair - and have gotten stuck on a step - reply to your question and I will be glad to help you out.
Thanks for using FixYa - a 4 THUMBS rating is appreciated for answering your FREE question

Loud buzzing noise throu8ghout cycle. Sometimes washer sticks in wash mode
It appears your timer/main controller/CCU has failed in this instance.

Soap stays in disperser. Water is 142 degrees,
Either:
- check if the bottom rack is inserted correctly. Try turning it 180 degrees and run the cycle. Make sure nothing obstructs the dispenser.
- the water does not get into the dishwasher open the dishwasher 3-4
times during cycle, if you don't see any water at least once - check
water valve, water level float and water pressure.
- the pump is clogged - there is water, the motor will run but no water is circulated. Check pump filters, check chopper and impeller.
- motor in main pump is not working - could be caused by something
stuck on the impeller or chopper or could be a problem with the motor
itself or control board. Check if line voltage is coming to the motor
during wash/rinse cycle.
Good luck,
Vlad

I have a 7 year old Kenmore 24" (mod. 16532201)
There are several items apart from the door seal in the dishwasher that comes in contact with the wash water that circulates inside the dishwasher.
One will have to eliminate one by one - the most likely cause is the washer pump that circulates the water.
1. water inlet hose
2. water inlet solenoid
3 wash pump
4. dispensers
5. drain pump
6. heater
7. thermostat
8. float assembly
9. washer arms and dishracks
But the likely cause could be the bearings on the
wash pump or the
drain pump which are deteriorating.
You could have these checked.
Good Luck.
Please post a comment if you want to know anything more specific.
The clean light is blinking and the dishwasher
Close the dishwasher door. Push the "normal wash" button, then push the "heated dry" button. Push the "normal wash" button again, and push the "heated dry" button again.Try out his and see what happens. It must reset the memory and your dishwasher must work.
Soap dispenser cover will not open when in wash mode
First be sure nothing is blocking the dispenser from opening like the rack broken or an attachment to the rack out of place. If this is all good then clean good around the latch for the door, make sure soap or anything else is not causing it to stick. If all this is good you will need to replace the dispenser.
The part number for the dispenser is 9744543.
To replace it you will need to turn the power off and open the door of the dishwasher, remove all the screws that are on the inner liner on top and the 2 sides. This will allow the the inner door panel to separate from the outer door panel. You should be able to see the screws on the back side of the dispenser from there, 6 total. If the coil (the piece the wires hook to) is melted then I would suggest replacing the control board in the console at the same time as the dispenser, this would be a very rare occurrence but if it is melted it could have caused damage to the control.
Let me know if this helps
