Hello, I hope I can help you.
A 5200 error is indeed a print head issue. What
happens is when you "pulled out the jam" and not let the printer eject it, this caused the print head to malfunction.
What you can try is unplugging the printer, open the lid MOVE the carriage to the far left then plug it back in.
This should help but if it does not you will need to have the head serviced about $32-60 bucks
respectively.
If the printer is of age say 1 year 2 years my recommendations at this point is a
replacement as it would not be worth the fix.
Internet solutions do help but are not always the answer as most are not professionals in the trade. Make sure you do the solutions at your own risk. Make sure you also look for the
Asker rating on the experts profile. You should also look for there brand badges.
We hope this answer does help.
