This happens all the time with me too lol here is what you need to do.
1) create a new gmail account on the computer.
2) call your cell phone with a different phone.
3) answer your cell phone then hit the back button and it will take you to the home
screen.
4) turn on wifi so it can do data and voice at the same time (remember that the phone is still connected)
5) go to Settings -> Location & Security and disable lock pattern (you'll need to
enter to correct pattern previously set)
6) go to Settings -> Accounts & Sync and click "Add Account" and add your newly
created Gmail account.
7) hang up the phone.
8) turn the phone back on, at the lockout screen, enter your new Gmail account info
and it should let you back in
9) once the phone is unlocked, you can go in setting and remove the newly added Gmail
account and keep the old one.
Remember when you hit the back button or home you don't hang up the call. Hope it Helps! -Joe

* check your signal if it is stable

* try to remove your sim card and put it in another phone, when incoming & outgoing call is possible,then there's a problem on you mobile...

* try to reset or reset your phone to its default,be sure to back-up necessary data before doing this operation,coz everything will be erase...good luck...

I had the same exact problem but I hard reset my phone and no more problem. I have to say though, I hard reset my phone again and it started again but I hard reset my phone and it's no longer doing it. It was driving me nuts when it happened because it was to the point that I couldn't take a pic. All better now though. Hard reset, try camera a few times and good luck.

Before doing anything you might regret afterwards you should consult your service provider and ask them about the issue. If you want to do a factory reset make sure you have backed everything up. Then go to settings -> sd & phone storage -> factory data reset.

The answer is yes. It can be replaced. But I don't think this is something you can do yourself because taking this phone apart is not that easy.

So take it to a phone tech to help you carry out the screen replacement.
