I will advice you power off the phone and power on back, while the phone is loading, remove the battery from the blackberry phone, wait a while before putting back the battery and power on, see, if it fix the freezing problem. Also, delete some messages/applications installed on the phone memory, this will help free the phone memory and your phone will work normal.

The problem is that the mouth piece on your phone is malfunctioning that is why people call or people that calls you barely hear you.
All you need to do is to replace the mouth piece of your phone and you will see that after the replacement of the mouth piece, anybody that call you or people you call will hear you clearly.

To try and bring it back to life you can take the battery out and any memory cards, and put the entire phone in a container of isopropyl alchohol. Mix it around in the bath of alcohol for a few minutes to try and get it to flow into all of the internal electronics. Take it out of the bath, dry off the outside and let it air dry for 48 hours.

The basic rule is if it gets wet turn it off before the moisture reaches the internal electronics. They do this occasionally. All phones with the 3G network do. Mine does this on a daily basis around the same time.
