i think u need to reset it,
make sure you move all your contacts to sim and apps and other stuff to the memory card
then press *#7370# or *#7780#
it will reset then

Please follow this guide;

1. Just download this Software : NOKIA UPDATER
2. after downloading, install it on your computer,then run it
3. be sure battery is fully charge and you need an internet stable connection to avoid interruption.
4. plug your phone using a nokia usb data cable,some drivers are installing and wait until the phone is recognized.
5. just follow the procedure to begin with.
6. wait until the update is done...

*#7370# only resets C: drive. The data stored in this drive will be lost and a company default files will be written. (but it won't work if the files are corrupted)
*#7780# only resets the settings which you changed other than factory defaults. The data in the drive will be safe.
To hard reset your Nokia 7610 please follow these steps;
- switch off your mobile (nokia 7610) - Hold down the following three buttons: Green (the call answer button), * button, and '3' button. - While holding these buttons, hold the power button for a second to switch on the phone. - Release when the phone shows the nokia hands logo or shows other signs of life like the language selection screen. - Make sure you make a backup first before doing the hard reset. All your data in phone memory will be lost.

You can call the service provider and reset it using the master reset code....

In setting / security setings / there should be an option as "Call Barring Service" in which u can block incoming or outgoing or international calls

Take it to the store where you purchased it and they will tell you how to get the code. When you bought the phone, there was a booklet inside of the box it came in that contains the security code.

if you want change it just go to seetings security settings change access codes change security code firstly type your default security code 12345 and type the new security code for twice press ok and cogratulation

Here is what you need to know about PUK:

When a PIN code is entered wrongly three times, the phone line will be blocked. Irrespective of the owner, it is assumed that you are not the owner of the phone line when you enter your pin wrongly.

The blocked line at this point can still be unblocked and this is where the PUK code comes in. Once you enter the PUK code, your PIN code will be reset. You can then create a ne PIN code.

To get your PUK code, if your phone is using a SIM Card, Check the SIM card Pack and you will see your PUK code there. But if you don't have a SIM card pack, you can get the PUK code from your service provider.

Call the customer care line of your service provider using another phone, request for your PUK code and it will be given to you. Note that your service provider will ask you some few questions about your line in order to be sure you are the real owner.

Note that your service provider alone is the only one that can give you your PUK code because it's only your service provider that has it.
