If remotes have been ruled out the only way to test the remote infrared receiver is with the set apart/ and a schematic measure voltage at the receiver when the remote is used---most of the time since the part is rather small this is just replaced to see if it is or is not the problem; some receivers will fail where if the remote is held very close they work--always the receiver in that case.

Seems like a filter capacitor has arced and blown a fuse or a couple of fuses. Open the back cover and check the main fuses. If you replace with new fuses and the TV keeps blowing the fuses then replace the bridge rectifier and main filter capacitor. A local repair shop could take care of this very quickly for you. NO red should be fixable but base decision on age of set and cost to repair---if loss of red (total) I would suspect main signal board that processes all information to the screen for the picture.

The main system memory IC to your TV is faulty. It must be replaced with same type and number. It is a skilled work. Seek assistance of any experienced service technician for help.

I would check the owner manual and call Vizio but if the set does not have the correct outputs it will never work for that.
