My mother board is ms9317e
You cannot run both sound card simultaneously. Bcoz your OS is not support this feature. If you want to run the motherboard sound card you need to select it from control panel > Multimedia(sound and audio devices) > Audio > select your sound card for playback and recording
Both two parallel ports do not work together
You will have make one a master adn one a slve because of the adresses and of course you could change those but its to hard to tel you how. Go into setup and configure the setup or if on hard drves last on the cable is master other is slave and the you jumper your hard drive for csl (cable select)mMater or slave by cabling or master adn then slave look at your jumpers on your hard drive

Sound on the computer
click Start > Run > type devmgmt.msc > click OK > if you see that you have Sound device, check if it's working properly. If it isn't uninstall it from device manager and then restart computer. hopefully windows will recignize the hardware and reinstall the drivers for you automatically.
Ms9317e does not boot
you better go to last resource directly:
1. disassemble the system completely and take the mother out the case... Give it a perfect cleaning.
2. place the mother over a wood table or something like that (mother without anything but the cpu).
NOTE: if you are running onboardvideo do not connect external video board... if you are using external videoboard and do not have onboard video, you might have problems on the board... so you could need another one).
3. just connect RAM and power supply (the power supply must be out of case, placed over the table too and well connected to mother and to power line.
4. power on the system by jumping the pins on the motherboard... you can find them under the identification front pannel or something like that deppending on the model... just the pins that normally you attach to the cables that leads to the buttons on the front of the case. (use a screwdriver and do not touch anything on the motherboard with your hand if its connected to powerline).
then, and after trying vga adapter if you have one and trying rams one by one in different socks... you will know that if the system never boots up, you have hardware problems, either on mother, ram and less probably, power supply or very rarely cpu...
g luck, in this cases... better go live chat...
