My phone no longer does the rhythmic vibration for incoming calls. I used to have it set up to vibration type 2 (where it vibrates in a certain pattern). However, as of last night, any incoming call just vibrates regularly instead of in a pattern. I checked to make sure that the setting was not changed, and everything looked ok. Is there a registry edit I can do to change this? I would rather not hard reset my phone, but I will have to do that if there's no other way. Thanks

You are heading at this from the wrong end. The power to the device from the charger remains the same. If the device runs on 12 volts, it needs 12 volts. South Africa runs on 230 volts, so if you bought a 110 volts version, you buy an adapter that takes 230 mains voltage in, and delivers 12 volts DC to the phone. The phone won't run on 6 volts. 230V South Africa operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz. ..
