hello, when i turn on the cd.player, in just few seconds this text comes: caution screen image may appear reversed(and the screen is black)....when i touch the screen with my finger, it disapperes for a few sec. what is this??

TURN THE UNIT OFF SO THAT ITS IN DEMO MODE OR SHOWS A BLANK SCREEN. THAT PRESS AND HOLD THE EJECT BUTTON AND MUTE/VOLUME BUTTON AT THE SAME TIME. THIS SHOULD TAKE THE EJECT LOCK OFF....

hahahaha . sorry for laughing. pull up your menu that has the reverse cam button push it again. when you push this button it will show you a black screen your cam is not there this is why its black. it will keep going back to this screen until you push this button again(i laugh because i have a pioneer avhp4100 that does the same also contact e if needing e brake bypass).

yes i can. plz send me year make and model of vehicle unless you have purchased the dash kit and wire harness already anyways plz clarfy and i gaurentee we can get this in.

The internal microprocessor is not working so there is power to the unit but it still does not start.disconnect the unit for 1 hour and then reconnect and check.if it gets reset and starts wiring its OK but if same problem then the microprocessor needs to be checked.
