If the unit is already fried you may try to soak it in the highest alchol % of rubbing Alcohol for a day then allow the unit to dry Which should happen within a day or so because of the evaporation rate of the alcohol. This should remove the internally locked water and allow for the unit to resume Function without internally shorting.

If you don't know what you're doing, you're much better off taking it to a shop. You can do untold damage to the car, even setting off the air bag, if you don't know what to do in there, particularly if you don't have the right tools.

You can probably find that part at pacparts.com.

pnOne of your speakers is grounded. Start disconnecting them one by one behind the radio after it enters protect mode and then it will turn back on.

please chack the wire

look for crosses/shorted speaker wires, particyularly, look for loose strands at the ends of the speaker cables to ensure that they are not crossed and shorting the amp out.

if the cables are fine, then check the speakers to see if they are blown. you should be able to gently push the cone of the woofer(s) (the biggest, bass speakers) in gently with your hand for about an inch, with no resistance, before it bottoms out. if there is any resistance while the cone is moving downward, like a scratching or a rubbing inside the speaker, then your vioce coils are fried, causing a short circuit and throwing off the "protect" light.

to test the tweeters (smaller, high frequency speakers) for damage to the voice coils, disconnect them completely from the rest of the speaker, and see if that doesnt cause "protect" to go off. you can also push in on tweeters, but they wont "give" as much as woofers, making it hard to tell if there is any resistance going on inside.

if the problem is not with the speaker wiring or the speakers themselves, then the amp is broken.

Checking the Firmware Version
1 Select the STANDBY
Press the [SRC] button.
Select the "STANDBY" display.

2 Enter Menu mode
C-1:Press the [FNC] button.Turn the Control knob to select "MENU", and then press the Control knob.
C-2:Press the [MENU] button for at least 1 second.
"MENU" is displayed.

3 Select Bluetooth Firmware update
C-1: Turn the Control knob to select "BT F/W Update", and then press the Control knob for at least 1 second.
C-2: Press the [FM+] or [AM-] button to select "BT FW UP", and then press the [AUD] knob for at least 1 second.
The firmware version appears.

4 Exit Bluetooth Firmware update mode
C-1:Press the [FNC] button.
C-2:Press the [MENU] button.

you probably have bad solder connections on some surface mount resistors inside of the radio. they would be on the right side of the radio as it is facing you. they need to be resoldered.

try to call the vendor on the radio. most of the time they will have a master reset code
