1- First turn on Bluetooth function on the Finesse.
2- Then start the pairing mode on the headset (for a Jawbone, make sure it is turned off then press the Noise Shield button for 3 seconds, the LED will begin to flash Red then White.
3- Back on your Finesse you should have the Bluetooth screen up with the search button in center, Press the Search button.
*the search & pairing process takes a minute or two, wait untill your headset finishes and stops blinking.
4- You should now show your Bluetooth device on your Finesse screen.
5- Now with your finger, Press,Hold and Drag the newly found headset icon onto the Search button in the center of screen.
6- A new screen will pop up then asking for the Passcode, enter: 0000 and press OK.

Your New Bluetooth Headset should now be linked to your Finesse. : )

button to reconnect.

Here are some steps you can try: Reset the Headset: Turn off the headset. Press and hold the REW (rewind) button and the PLAY/PAUSE/STOP button simultaneously for about 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes purple. The headset will reset, and you can try pairing it again. Pairing with Samsung Mobile: Make sure your Samsung mobile's Bluetooth is turned on. Slide the power switch on the LG HBS-730 to the "ON" position. The LED indicator on the headset will be solid blue, indicating it's in pairing mode. On your Samsung mobile, go to the Bluetooth settings and search for new devices. Select "LG HBS-730" from the list of devices. If prompted for a passcode, enter "0000" (four zeros). Once paired, you'll hear "Your headset paired." Check Battery Level: Press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button for 1 second to check the battery status. The audible alert will indicate the battery level (high, medium, or low). Charge the Headset: Connect the charger to the headset. While charging, the LED indicator will show a solid red light. When charging is complete, the LED indicator will turn off. Remember that the headset will automatically turn off if not paired within 3 minutes. Try disable bluetooth and switch off for 5 mins and then back on and enable bluetooth.
