Yes you can, all you need is a USB to AV input adapter cable and you should be good to go.

I don't believe this camera has it's own built in speaker so you won't be able to hear anything. In that case you need to remove the camera s/d card and place in your computer s/d slot. If none is available, there are s/d to usb cables available that are not expensive. Put in the s/d card and plug in the usb from the cable into any usb computer slot. Once you click on your video via the s/d card, you should hear your audio from the video.

Take it somewhere warm - most cameras will not operate in extremely low temperatures. This is probably covered in the manual.

Try holding your start button on your DVR and your wi-fi button on your router for about 10 seconds, holding them both at the same time and see if that works. It worked for me.
