Ok after a bit of searching for a full phone reset to solve this problem, I figured out I wouldn't have to . Go to Settings>Security. It's going to ask you for a lock code, if you haven't changed it it's just the last 4 digits of your phone number. After that, go to Delete/Reset>Delete Message. It'll delete all the pesky numbers of people you texted. Enjoy!

You can get music transferred to Your phone using the bluetooth of Your phone or through the USB connection or through the memory card of Your device.

To use the bluetooth of Your phone please follow the steps below:

1. Ensure the computer has a bluetooth device or You connect a bluetooth dongle to the computer,
2. Turn on the bluetooth of Your phone,
3. Select the songs You want to send to Your phone one by one,
4. Then You select send a file from the bluetooth option from Your computer,
5. It will search for the phones bluetooth device, then You accept it from the phone, do not use the pass key mode on the bluetooth settings,
6. It will load and send the file to the phone.

To send music through the memory card, please follow the steps below:

1. Turn off the phone,
2. Remove the memory card of the phone,
3. Get a memory card reader and insert Your memory card into it,
4. Then You connect the memory card reader to the computer,
5. It will read like a USB drive and install its drivers,
6. Open the file to view folders, or You go to the computer and open it from its position i.e Removable drive E:,
7. Go to the music You want to send to Your phone and copy then to the memory card,
8. Safely remove the device by ejecting it from Your computer(to eject right click on the position and select eject),
9. Insert it into the phone and browse out the music from the phone.

To transfer music to the phone using the USB cable, please follow the steps below:

1. Connect the USB cable to the phone,
2. Connect it to the computer,
3. The computer will install the drivers of the phone,
4. Then You open file to view folder,
5. If the phone does not connect to the computer, it might require the software disc that came with the phone, insert it into the computer and allow it install,
6. Once the computer recognizes the phone,
7. Click on open files to view folder,
8. Then You follow the step 7 and 8 in the process to install using a memory card reader.

Do you have the cords to connect the phone to the PC. If so connect and tranfer the music files to the memory.
You can also take out the memory and load the music/media of your choice.
Lastly you can use blue tooth to send the files to the phone after you lock the PC and the phone by activating bluetooth.

Yes you can unlock it, but it does cost money to use these services, but If you still wish to unlock it here's how:
1) Go to Settings
2) Go down click on more
3) Go down again until you find: Restrict and Lock, click on that
4) Click on Data
5) Click Off and Lock
6) It should now ask for your lock code, type it in (your lock code is the last 4 digits of your cell #)
7) Click Unlocked, and you're done!

There can be many ways to Unlock your phone. As far as i know unlocking by codes is the simple and safe way. I will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums.
I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked.
