Windows 10 paint does tiff,giff,jpg and even bmp so it's not that. first off when moving photos off any camera made. look to see what the file names are the extensions. dm0101.tiff is TIFF. dm0101.bmp is BMP. see, ? the see if it is too big, many editors of photo can not do 50foot wide photos as some pro camera's can do. (CANON top brand)or NIKON. the camera has settings mode, set it to JPG or PNG mode and any editor can edit those. sabrent product my wild wild guess, next this name above is 3.5" extrernal USB flopy diskette reader that say your relic 2000 year, SONY 3.5" camera created .
