Hi Betty, f8 e3 error code means the machine is reading a water level that is too high. This can be caused by over sudsing or a bad drain pump not pushing enough water out. First thing to try is cleaning the machine. They are available at most grocery stores. That should get rid of any excess detergent in the machine. Then run a load of laundry and see if the error code clears. If that doesn't clear up the problem,I would call your local repair company and have them check the drain pump. Hope that helps.

Error f5 is due to a fault in the wash temperature sensor sometimes due to a breakdown or a bad connection. On some occasions the resistance may be damaged. Both the sensor and the resistance are in the wash tub.
Potential Causes
• Check the Water Temperature Sensor, Heating Element and Element Relay
• Check connections to the Sensor, Heating Element and Relay

Unplug or turn the circuit breaker off for 2 mins.
Repower the unit.
Press the Pause/Cancel/Stop button twice to clear the code. Start a short cycle to check the operation of the machine by selecting a cycle and pressing and holding the start button until the machine starts.

Hope this helps

I suspect there is no easy way to open the door manually and it is likely to be necessary to remove the cabinet top and manipulate the door interlock manually if possible or remove it.

An engineer with a laptop might be able to command the interlock of a modern computerised machine...

Hi Debra, an f11 error code is a disruption of communication between the input control board and the machine control board. Could be a loose wire connector at either end or a broken wire between the two. I'd suggest calling a local repair company to come out and check the continuity of the wiring. It would be cheaper than replacing the control boards. Hope that helps.

This code means that the door was opened while the washing machine was running or the washer thinks the door is open or unlocked during the wash cycle. Hope this helps

There are two spring units, one on each side of the door near the base, they use a small cable or rope on them, check to see if one or both is broken. You have to pull the whole unit out of the counter space to check it.
