when starting up the computer repeatedly press F8 until you are offered various boot options.
Choose safe mode and when you get to the login screen there hould be an extra login option for Administrator provided it was not changed from the default there is no password. Or you maybe able to type in and change the logon that way in which case you would use "Administrator" as the user name and again no password.
Once you are in got to the control panel / user accounts / select the account you want to change or remove the password from and use whichever option you want.
Another method is to get a copy of
BARTPE or
UBCD this cd will let you boot up your computer so that you can access the user list and reset the password. It is available
here too and once burnt you tell you bios to boot from cd and let it do just that. It should let you access remote users list and then you would do just the same as shown above.
UBCD maybe a little easier for you to use. and does include a simple to use password changer.
UBCD is like a swiss army knife for computers and has many useful programs.
