Pma writing on tha display
After you record the machine then writes to the blank CD. This is message is usually displayed while this is going on. In some machines you need to push another button as the recorder is holding asking for you to confirm the next step (my Pioneer CD Recorder does this yours may not follow the same protocol).

No vocals on recorded disc
You need to check your setup's recording volume and interface. You did not mention if you are trying to record from RCA or digital inputs.
It sounds like your recording level is not set up to catch all of the music. I'd love to buy a unit which cuts all of the whiney vocals from good trance music it is very hard to do with all of the layers of recording.

Tray cd player door not open
Probably a stretched out loader belt due to age of the unit. You may be able to find a replacement on ebay but need to get the part number from the repair manual. Most belts are available in Europe even if not available in north America. When searching on eBay use the international search option to find dealers in Germany which stock many old repair belts for home audio/video.

My machine says disc repair and won't eject the disc
My best guess is the CD is so damaged it cannot read the toc on the CD, or the CD loader is messed up to the point it cannot eject the disc.
If you are handy I'd unplug it and try to take the cover off and look at what is stick in order to remove the CD. Hopefully then it will work on another CD if not the loader is munged.

What does "eject error" mean?
Your MD Recorder/Player has a stuck disc or cannot eject it properly. Basically it is not handling the disc safely and it may get snagged or damaged as a result of a physical mechanism which is not working correctly - out of allignment or worn out by people shoving discs into the machine or just plain old age on these units.
