hi, you could try the default codes first.
1234 0000 or the last 4 digits of your phone number.
if that didn't work, you need to reset the phone.
*WARNING* this will erase all data & files on the phone memory.
Remove the sim card & memory card (if any) then turn On the phone.
*type in these codes, 82767*3855# *Phone will restart then place the sim card & memory card back in, power up the phone.
password should go back to default.
