"Sim freeze" means either your phone is locked to certain carrier or you (or someone else) tried to unlock it too many times. You'll need an 'unfreeze code'. If you're not cell-literate I'd suggest to visit a cell-unlock shop.

However before you can start you need to get a data contract with your Service Provider, who will give you a username and password for using their mobile broadband service, and take you through setting your phone up for this. I have looked quickly through the manual and can find no reference to wireless networking so presume that this is not available on your model. Hold your figure on the message and it should ask if you would like to delete.

Remove battery, wait for 30 sec and re-insert it. Then turn your device on.

Install a custom launcher and set it as default. You can download custom launchers from the Play Store on your phone.

First try removing the battery and leave out for 5 minutes and try again and it shouldnt be frozen. If that doesnt work you may need a factory reset, make sure you backup anything you have before you do this.

Dial this, *#5239870*# then go to internals and then enter *#7092463*# as the password.

Now, update JAVA and update MEDIA.

Through this mean the security code will be reset to 0000.
This will allow you to format the phone easily.
