This SMPK8858 is just an Audio MP3 player and not an MP4 Video player -
Sorry but you CANNOT PLAY VIDEO on it!
The Audio file formats supported are MP3 , WAV , WMA , FLAC , APE

U can actually download a FREE youtube to Mp3 or Mp4 converter. just go to google and type in youtube mp3 converter and it should pop up and look for the url with youtube's name in the address just to be safe and the down loading is completly free and harmless to your computer so no wrries and if any problems just ask :)

While the music is playing press "M", then press repeat. Once in repeat move the purplr arrow to random and press "M" to confirm.

Donna,I haven't opened the box yet but found the manual online. Here it is.http://www.curtisint.com/html/custservice/manuals/SYL_SMPK8000_EN.PDFWithin the first few pages it tells you to download the music to your computer, connect the USB cable to the unit, then drag the music files to the unit. To get the music files to your PC, you can download music from a CD to your PC using Windows Media Player, but there are probably other ways as well. I had a terrible time getting the music into an Android Tablet so I returned it. This seems easier to use. I'm not an expert either.For help to get music into your PC, you can go to YouTube.com and search on downloading music to your PC. Good luck.Jim Parnella
