The rollers are dirty. Open the printer to see ALL of the rollers and using rubbing alcohol, wipe each down with paper towel being certain you get all around the rolls...the streaks are along the whole paper so it is essential you clean everything.

check the ink cartridges? dry ink can't print

Try This :
Try printing from micrsoft word; Click on tools;
Click on Envelopes and Labels
Click on "OPTION"
Under the TAB Envelope Option you will get Evelope Size;
Scroll Down to the bottom you will get an option "Custom Size " Select it;
Set the accurate size of the envelope;
Click on Printing Options
Select the Feed method and make sure you do it the same way;
And then try to print this should resolve your Issue
