puk stands for PERSONAL UNBLOCKING KEY which means if an invalid pin code is entered for three times (note that pin code is used to stop unauthorised use of sim) then u ll b asked to enter puk code. If wrong PUK code is entered 10 time thn ur simm ll b blocked permanently it means u can't use tat sim nemore. u can get ur PUK number by calling custemercare of ur operator.. thnx

You need network unlock code or IMEI unlock code? specify the current network,country it's locked now and get the unlock code from the siteClassicunlocking.com/supported-phones/rs17wp7/ and unlock it...If you need security unlock code try 1234 or 0000.....

the battery pack is likely dead. If you have a voltmeter you can put the probes on the contacts on the battery. It should be about 3.6 volts, whatever your battery says it is.

if you forgot your security code then you need to reset your phone with nokia softwares tools. you can try 12345 which is the nokia`s normal security code. if its doesnt work then try to contact nokia service centre
