No way I just recontly got tht problem myself with my sony walkman z series. Its bloody guttin aint it. Only wish I could afford to buy a new1. Everywhere I contacted wouldnt do it as it costs to much to do so. And I ended up sendin it to sony but even thn they sent it bck sayin they wouldnt do it. steps to change language from arabic to english.

1. goto start menu.
2 Setting > System > Regional Setting

change its firmware to a lower version.

Your best bet is to be looking at the user guide at the same time you're looking at the menu in the phone. That way you can enter the correct selections by reading the user guide, and making the appropriate button presses on the mobile until the menus and labels turn back to English.

Or there's the master reset, but that will either clear your entered data, or revert the entire phone back to factory settings and all data cleared. You can find that in the user guide as well if you need to go to that extreme.
