Do you have the LG PC Suite software installed on your machine? You will need this software to access most of the functionalities in the phone. Make sure that the music files you put on the phone are the correct format. You will have to look in the phones user manual to determine this format, and you will need a converter or a way to obtain the music files in the proper format.

You may be using file formats that the phone does not support. Try using mp3, as it is the most widely used format.

Your phone lacks the proper settings for 3G connectivity or maybe mobile connection is not enabled on your account.. Please contact your carrier and ask them to send you the settings.

The LG KM900 Arena is not known for mms message failures, so most likely the issue is with your carrier. Make sure you have plenty of signal strength and that your files are of a low quality (to make them a smaller size). If you still have troubles contact your carrier.

There are picture instructions on page 20 of the user manual for your phone. If you do not have a user guide, there is one online. It's in PDF format so it may take a minute to load on your screen. Just be patient.

Your phone should have come with a CD. The CD contains the USB drivers to connect it to your PC.

If you don't have one, contact your cellular service provider and request one from customer service.

Otherwise, if your PC has Bluetooth, you can connect your phone that way. Your phone has Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP.

If your PC doesn'd have Bluetooth, go online to eBay and search for 'Mini Bluetooth Doggle' They're about $2.00 USD and simply plug into one of your USP ports on your PC. Then, your PC will have Bluetooth and you can connect your phone.
