You may have a bad Electronic range control ERC, but if your not handy you may want a service person to look at it. If you are handy and can get to the control panel, check and clean the connections, after you disconnect the power. Use tuner cleaner or alcohol. There are diagrams of you range online. Are you having one error or two. Looks like you mention f7 and 10, or am I mistaken.

hello Lorraine, Most gascookers heve the possibility to change from LPG to natural gas. You need to change the injectors. The holes in the injectors for LPG are smaller that the ones for natural gas. first off what's the model number?kenmore doesn't make anything the only way you can tell who made it is by the first three numbers on the model,also what isn't getting hot,the top burners?broil or bake?if it has anything to do with the oven you could have a lazy igniter,shut the oven light off and start the oven,when you see the igniter start to glow orange the flame should light within 40 seconds 60 at most but should be below 40 seconds,the igniter can actually burn a hole through the burner tube if it's been used like this for a long time,but if it doesn't ignite the flame within 40 seconds change out the igniter.hope this helps you out,one more thing,don't use the self clean feature until after the holidays or better yet don't use it at all,the oven gets up to 1000 degrees and can damage the electronics,if something does get damaged the parts might have to be ordered and you won't have your oven for the holidays use easy off instead

Most likely the light that clips onto red lens has fallen off. Replace lens or light clip or both.

Unfortunately, the EO 14 code indicates a communication problem between the touch pad and the electronic control unit (the brain of the range). The control unit thinks that the touch pad's wiring is not plugged in. This can be due to a problem with the wiring or the touch pad slowly failing. Before ordering parts, check if the wiring is secure on the connector. Then check the wiring for continuity. If those are fine, the touch pad is usually replaced next. If the new touch pad doesn't solve the problem, then try a new control panel. You'll need to give the full model number (4 more digits) for the range if you want to get the correct part numbers that may be needed. I found one parts list for the 790.97502001 and the 790.97509001 here: ftp://ftp.electrolux-na.com/prodinfo_pdf/lassomption/5995602603.pdf .
