It could be a poor connection but more likely it is element failure

The thermal fuse can't be reset if the fuse has or is blown, it must have to be replaced. One of the wires that supply power to the oven element or igniter might be burnt out. These wires will generally burn out near the heat source. To determine if a wire has burned out, inspect the wires leading to the element or igniter.

I searched the internet using https://www.google.com and could not locate an error code of EO 29.

Without knowing the model number of the stove, I found error codes for a Kenmore 790 that may be for a similar condition.

Quoting: F028 or F029
Communication between the user interface board and the touch panel can't be initiated
Check/Repair
Disconnect power to the unit, wait 30 seconds and restore power. If the error returns, disconnect electrical power and check the wire harness connections between the user interface control board and the touch. Reconnect any loose wires or replace the wire harness if damaged. If you just replaced the user interface control board or the touch panel, you may have used the wrong part. Use your range model number to check the part number and install the correct replacement part. If you didn't replace a part before the code appeared and the wire harness connections are okay, replace the touch panel. If the problem continues, replace the user interface control board.
Possible parts
Touch panel, user interface board

How to Reset a Kenmore Elite Stove Oven
  1. Press the "7" button on the Kenmore Elite keypad.
  2. Continue holding the "7" button for at least six seconds until a single beep sounds.
  3. Press the "Start" button on the keypad once. This will reset the oven back to the factory default settings.

Call or chat with Sears customer service. (I am not posting telephone numbers directly myself due to many scammer spammers posting fraudulent phone number on FIXYA, but Sears web site gives contact information for assistance.)

Take a flat head screw driver and gently pretty the door. The temp decreases fairly rapidly and then the lock is disabled. Good luck!

Usually when you pick up the unit underneath there is an area that has a metal shell over it with a few screws that comes off and reveals the bottom of the switches. The switches are screwed in from the top under the shield that tells you the temp. please make sure to turn off electric power to unit before you start as there is live 220 voltage even if the stove is off

Hi Lu, you can disable the Sabbath mode by holding down the bake and broil buttons for 3-5 seconds then using the clock button scroll down the menu till it reads sab. Press again till display reads off, then pleas start or clear to return to the clock display. There should also be a technical sheet on the back of the unit behind the control panel. It will help you out if you need it. Hope that helps.

Hey D, f1 can be one of three problems. A stuck key pad, test by pressing all the buttons to see if they all make noise, if one doesn't then that's the stuck one. A bad oven temperature sensor, if it's gone bad it will not send the proper temp reading to the control board. Or it could be a bad control board itself. If nothing is working/changing mode it's most likely the stuck keypad. If you're not comfortable working with electrical components I suggest calling your local repair company to check it out. Hope that helps.

Gas stoves are easy, but can be dangerous to try and fix for yourself. If you go to Googles a search on your make and model, you may end up at getting the manual. Sears closed down its stores, and they may have a web site where you can find the manual. Kenmore is a Sears brand, but the stove is made by one of many companies that made appliances for Sears, so careful web searching may help you. I did find your manual by using Google on a simple search, it was the first thing to come up. It looks like you are in Canada by the place i found the manual. Fixya did not let me attach the PDF, but you can see the image I attached of the web search I did. It shows what the manual will look like when you find the link to download it. e88fc935-88ce-4e37-b7bb-944f1ee454ce.jpg
