Hello, my name is Matthew Gonzales with DISH Network customer service. If you are still having this issue there are a couple things you can try if you have not. First, unplug the receiver from the power outlet it is connected to, leave it unplugged for about 20 seconds, then plug it back in. Your receiver goes through a rebooting process which takes about 5 minutes. Another thing to check is making sure that all of the "satellite in" connections are hand tight from the back of the receiver to the wall. The next thing to try is a check switch test. To do a check switch test, you press menu on your DISH remote, then press the numbers 6-1-1, (system setup-installation-point dish) you should be on the point dish screen. Go up and select "check switch" on the right-hand side, on the installation summary, select "test" at the bottom. The receiver will do some tests, if you get a warning 836 at the end, select "cancel" on the warning. Cancel out of all the menus and once again you will let your receiver reacquire the signal, and see if the problem persists. If problems do continue, a technician will be needed at the home to correct the problem. I hope this helps, but if you are still having this issue, please email me at [email protected] so we can get everything back up and running.
