Nothing Works Shows F3 Error
the F3 error code is an oven temperature sensor fault. The
sensor is a small probe that sticks out of the back of the oven wall.
They do go bad and can be easily replaced. If I had your EXACT model
number (found along the inside of the oven door or lower drawer) you can replace it.hope this helps

The clock does not light. All other functions light.
Press the clock button..... Does the time show (at least for a little bit)? If so, then you probably have the Energy Saver function turned on. Here's how to turn that function off (and have your clock display the time all the time): Press and hold the Clock button. Hold it for 15 seconds. Somewhere around 7 to 10 seconds, the clock will display, then go out, then come back on again. By 15 seonds, the clock display should be on, and if you then let go of the clock button, it should stay on.

Why does the cooling fan in oven run foerever?
The cooling fan is controlled by the EOC and a temperature sensor located at the top of the oven near the control panel. If the temperature is above a 100 degrees there the cooling fan will continue to run. If it does not turn off when the temperature goes below this, there is a problem with either the EOC or temperature sensor. Try turning off the power to your oven for at least an hour to reset the EOC, this may fix the problem.

How can we turn off oven cooling fan after use> It runs forever after use and oven is at room temp but fan keeps going

Regarding the shelves being 1/4 short, this is actually caused by your oven liner expanding not your shelves shrinking. The only fix for this is to have your oven liner replaced.
Both of these repairs are very expensive ( > $300) and may not be worth fixing.

Kenmore Elite Range/Oven problem.
My kenmore glass top stainless steel slide in range has an error message code F93. I was attempting to allow my range to self clean when this err message appeared. Now I can't get the door unlocked. Help?? We've had a lot of problems with this range. We've had the service tech come out probably 4-5 times for different things. I think I got a lemon. It just turn a year old-we extended the warranty . I've called to complain but I got no help. They said it had to be for the same problem each time. Even the tech said the oven was a lemon but he couldn't help us. Any suggestions?

I need Please a solution
Hi,
To my understanding error code F1 would indicate a faulty control board, possibly thermistor control. The only recourse is to have this replaced.
This of course would require a fair familiarity of electrical/electronic components/circuitry and safety procedures, use of a DVM and possibly a soldering iron. It would be to your added advantage access to a service manual or at the very least a schematic diagram with voltage readings. Should you be uncomfortable performing a DIY (do-it-yourself), perhaps your best bet would then be to seek the services of a qualified professional.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.

Kenmore elite stove duel fuel lock
please see the next steps and proceed with common sense: God bless you
Door Latch/ Motor
The door latch may be stuck in a latched position or misaligned in this
case just readjust the latch. In the case of a self cleaning oven that
got stuck the motor or switch that controls the latch has failed. You
will need to acess the motor. On some this is on the back, remove the
back panel and you will see the small motor with a actuator rod attached
to this. The first thing to try is to plug the oven in and with a
rubber handle screwdriver push the microswitch tab down to activate the
switch. If this does not get it working unplug and check switches for
continuity. Check the motor for continuity. If you seee any burn marks
on the motor or wiring replace the motor.
Main Control
First try to reset the control by unplugging or shutting off the breaker
for 5 minutes. If this does not clear it check the motor and switches
listed above. If all above is good the
control has failed and will need to be replaced.
