For replacement parts - head on over to PartSelect.com or RepairClinic.com and enter in your full model number for a full parts listing.
I recommend both sites because ...

FixYa has no affiliation with either site - I have been using and recommending them for years - trouble free.

PartSelect has a great schematic database for locating the part on your unit and great "testimonials" for each part that often times includes HOW-TO information.
RepairClinic has pictures of each part they sell and also a great how-to and troubleshooting for basic repairs.

If your unit has never been serviced - there should still be an original service manual enclosed in plastic taped to the inside of the shell.
In the service manual are Error codes, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps you can follow.

Anything too complicated or beyond your scope should be handled by a professional.

If you think you want to tackle the repair - and have gotten stuck on a step - reply to your question and I will be glad to help you out.

Thanks for using FixYa - a 4 THUMBS rating is appreciated for answering your FREE question.

Your ERC(circuit board) through Sears is about $125.00. You can replace it yourself.

If it was me i would call the repair man up and ask what it was they did. He might say what he did . I am wondering if it was a burnt or loose wire that has come apart.

Disconnect the mains power to it and it should release. If you were using the self cleaning feature, you have probably damaged it. Never use the self cleaning feature!

Cleaning is mentioned here in the manual. Yes you can use chrome cleaner. For the glass use ceramic hob cleaner. Spiral cooking elements are available from Home Depot or in my case Canadian Tire.

Usually when you pick up the unit underneath there is an area that has a metal shell over it with a few screws that comes off and reveals the bottom of the switches. The switches are screwed in from the top under the shield that tells you the temp. please make sure to turn off electric power to unit before you start as there is live 220 voltage even if the stove is off

Hi Lu, you can disable the Sabbath mode by holding down the bake and broil buttons for 3-5 seconds then using the clock button scroll down the menu till it reads sab. Press again till display reads off, then pleas start or clear to return to the clock display. There should also be a technical sheet on the back of the unit behind the control panel. It will help you out if you need it. Hope that helps.

Hey D, f1 can be one of three problems. A stuck key pad, test by pressing all the buttons to see if they all make noise, if one doesn't then that's the stuck one. A bad oven temperature sensor, if it's gone bad it will not send the proper temp reading to the control board. Or it could be a bad control board itself. If nothing is working/changing mode it's most likely the stuck keypad. If you're not comfortable working with electrical components I suggest calling your local repair company to check it out. Hope that helps.
