Calculating chemistry 1 scientific equation divided into another?
Use the rules for exponents and you will calculate it by hand
(1*10^-14)/(5*10^-12)=(1/5)*10^(-14+12)= 0.2*10^-2=2*10-3
To enter powers of 10 use the short-cut key [EE]
For example to enter 6.02*10^23 type in 6.02* [EE] 23. When you use the EE key, the base (10) should not appear.

Adding 0
What does that mean adding? Displaying extra zeros? If that is the case Press [2nd][.] and limit the number of decimal you want.
You can put the calculator in FLOating mode: Press 2nd DRG and choose FLO.

I can't seem to get
The TI-30Xa does not have a statistics mode. That statistics operations are available at all times, just like addition and subtraction. Just enter the data with Sigma-plus and then calculate the desired statistics---mean, standard deviation, and so forth.
Full details are in the "One-Variable Statistics" section of the guidebook (page 9 in my copy). If you need the guidebook, you can download one from

Deg rad grad
You don't.
Angles can be measured using three different units: degrees (360 degrees in a circle), radians (2pi radians in a circle), or grads (400 grads in a circle).
Pressing the DRG key cycles through the three modes. No matter which mode you select, one of the annunciators will appear on the screen to indicate the current mode.

What does DEG on screen of TI-30Xa mean
It means your calculator is set to degrees mode.

1600 cubic feet equal how many pounds.
A cubic foot is a unit of volume. A pound can be a unit od mass (weight) or a currency. Either way a volume cannot be converted into a mass nor a currency.
If you are doing homework read carefully the question to figure out what substance they are talking about.
Once you know the substance look up its density or specific gravity and do the calculation
mass (in pouunds) =density (in pounds per cubic foot) * volume (in cubic feet)
As you see, if you know the density (specific gravity) in pounds per cubic foot, you can calculate the mass of any volume of that substance (in cubic feet).
And please, never try to convert a volume into a mass.
