Using inverse cosign and inverse
Make sure your calculator is in degree mode.
It is probably in radian mode so it can't calculate the inverse sin.
To change this, go to Mode -> Deg.
Hope this helps, cheers!

2nd [square-root] 9 ) =
The square-root is the shifted function of the x-squared key, just to the left of the 7 key. The close-parenthesis is needed to balance the open-parenthesis automatically inserted by the square-root function.

I have aproblem that says
For x to the 2nd power, that is the same as x squared.
There is a button on the left side that shows an x with a small 2 above it and to the right.
Punch x into the calculator then push the x squared button and read the answer.
For example, press 4 then the x squared button and the display should read 16.
There is also a button right above the 7 that reads x with a small -1 above it and to the right.
I'm not sure whether the E(sigma) pertains to that, however.
Press 4 then the x to the -1 power and the display should read 0.25
I hope this helps, let me know.

How to convert a fraction into a decimal
First put the calculator in degree mode.
To convert from fraction to a decimal number first enter your fraction or, mixed number. I'll convert a mixed number to a fraction first since, I don't have a key for the symbol that shows that a number is a fraction on my keyboard. Example: [3][A b/c][1][A b/c][2][A b/cd/e][ENTER]
3/2 should be entered at the home screen. While at the Home screen enter, [2nd][FD][ENTER]
1.5 should now be displayed at the Home screen.
As you can see it is really just using the [A b/c] key to enter in your fraction and, [FD] key to do the converting. The [A_b/cd/e] key isn't necessary because, mixed numbers will convert to decimal numbers just like fractions do. I just don't have the key to show a fraction symbol that the calculator uses. So to show that symbol, I used the / symbol with the fraction number.
