No not on that model . Power supply gone.

sounds like fuse out in power supply.

Have your phone line check for noise. Level may be to high and the machine can not hear over the level,it has to here the tones from the other fax to hand shake. Good luck

Solution :
1. Cheak your backside door and cheak there can be found some broken paper.

Your scanner is not lighting up. You can try unplugging the fax machine for a few minutes and see if it is a "lock up" situation. If this does not fix the problem then your scanner has gone bad and you will need to replace the machine. These types of fax machines are less than $100 to buy now brand new. It would cost more than that to replace the scanner unit in your fax.

You have a bad SCANNER BLOCK...expensive.

The intellifax-770 deffinetly cannot connect to a PC. There are several other models that can, but not this one.
