I have a Brother Disney SE-2700 and the bottom
It sounds like it has not been correctly threaded or the tension is too tight. Check the tension discs for bits of thread that may have broken off and be causing a blockage.
Re-thread the top threads making sure the pressure foot is up before passing the thread through the tension discs!
Then check the bobbin is running correctly by pulling on the tail of the thread. The bobbin should rotate clockwise. Put the bobbin case in and make sure it is seated correctly.
If all this fails try replacing the needle. A blunt needle can cause all sorts of weird problems
Needle sways while stitiching creating uneven lines.
Two things come to mind. First, if your bobbin and upper thread tension are too tight, they may be pulling the needle out of line. More likely though, is you do not have the correct needle for the weight of fabric you're using. For example, a heavy jean type denim will require a thicker needle than a thin sheet type of cotton. Your sewing store can help you select the correct one.
I have a Brother PC-8200 embroidery sewing
That's a tough call, parts can be pretty high to fix a machine. Have looked around to price out a new embroidery machine, Janome makes some very nice one in that price range. I'd try ebay there is one which is missing the foot control and hoops for $250.00 just search Brother Pacesetter PC-8200 this may be the ticket you already have the foot control and hoops.
Best of luck
Brother 4000D does not sew out patterns correctly
Try sewing instead of the embroidery feature.
If the stitching is messy, the machine needs to go into the shop for service by an authorized Brother dealer as the timing needs to be adjusted. Take a sample of the problem with you.
