You need to take it in for service and 'timing'. Everything inside needs to happen at the right time and is adjustable. It only needs doing every couple of years.

Sounds like a timing issue of the bobbin hook.

Is there any chance you may have somehow inadvertently changed the top thread or bobbin tension? Did you try rethreading your machine? I use only old machines so this may not be much help in a computerized machine.

Most likely the board has failed. Check with your dealer. Most likely it can be replaced, however, the price may be more than the machine is worth.
