Please re thread machine from scratch threading upper looper first then lower looper then needles also be sure needles are in with the flat back to the back of machine sequence of threading is imperative

you may have needle in wrong make sure needles flat side is back of the needle holder.

It should be in the manual, or sometimes on the very bottom of the machine.

Have yo tried switching it on,and gently moving the wheel back and forth? I wonder how it jammed. Was it from thread or fluff?

if you take the serger to a sewing machine shop and show them the problem, they can check to see if the needle holder needs to be replaced or just some new screws

I use a pin holder that has magnets by electronic sewing machine all the time

Most likely your needle needs replaced. As they get older, or hit a pin, they will dull. You can usually tell by your stitch quality, or the thumping sound you are hearing.

Try Sewing Parts on line.You will be suprised what you find.

look to see if there is a little slid switch some where around the side or the back off the machine

re adjust the stitch length control its been left in reverse

Have foot pedal? If so maybe it goes both directions

You need to take out the bobbin case and the raceway to free it off, chances are there is a small piece of thread jammed
