Denon avr 1612 surround speaker not working

Check the speakers. If found OK; check and replace the damaged component/s at its audio output section circuit board. If needy, replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. My Denon AVR-3312 fuse popped out and I replaced it but as I turn it on it popped again. Please help

Fuses are provided as safety devices and do not fail under normal operation. If a fuse blows, it is an indication of an electrical fault in the system, possibly due to a faulty component or a wiring short. If the fuse blows when nothing else is connected to the unit then the fault is within the unit and it will need to be repaired by a competent electronics engineer.

How to reset denon avr4800 thx receiver?

These are the following steps to reset your Denon receiver:1. Save the information currently stored in your Denon receiver, such as device commands and multi-zone controls. Some Denon receivers can control multiple rooms and each room needs to be setup properly to provide the correct controls. If the receiver was installed professionally it may be best to contact the installer before resetting the device.2.Press the "Power" button or the "On/ Standby" button to shut off the receiver. On some receivers it is best to press the button on the device instead of the remote as the remote will normally put the receiver in standby mode. Ensure the display and all other lights on the device are off. Do not unplug the Denon receiver as it will not reset.3.Press the "Power" button and at the same time press two buttons on the front panel, which are determined by the model Denon you own. Most receivers identify the two buttons inside the user's manual, while some older Denon receivers require you contact Denon for the right button combination. For example, some Denon models require the "Standard" and "DSP Simulation" buttons to be pressed simultaneously.4.The display will start flashing at about one second intervals. Release the two buttons. Turn on the receiver by pressing the "Power" or the "On/ Standby" button to verify the previous settings and saved radio stations have been erased. If the interface does not flash, the reset was not complete and needs to be re-done. Re-enter the previous settings to ensure there are no further issues with the receiver.Read more: How to Reset Denon Receivers ' eHow.com http://www.ehow.com/how_7441680_reset-denon-receivers.html#ixzz1wpEtIRTBIf the information helped you out please give some me some ratings. I have a Denon DCM 290. It doesn't read disc. Is it worth anything to anybody or should I just junk it?

It is a safer to scrap it. If the laser lens is defective it is not worth to replace it as the cost of the part and labor will not be justified .

I have a Denon AVR s900 I am trying to update the firmware but it keeps failing. The update repeats and now the unit is not usable. How do I stop this?

Try pressing and holding the "tuner preset ch +" and "tune - " buttons and pressing power. The entire display should light up and blink. This should stop the firmware retry loop.

I have connected my tv, directv, DVD. player, and 2 speakers to a denon AVR 3311CI receiver, via hdmi cables. When I turn on the system there is no sound.

I see the Dennon "says" ONE HMDI cable solution... but in order for that to actually work EVERYTHING has to BE at the match (1.4? HDMI standard... (if that were true... why would your DENON have so many MANY AUDIO jacks on the back)???). but I'm guessing the reason you only SPECIFIED the MODEL NUMBER of the DENON 3311CI... is because you already turned it around and found a half ton of OTHER AUDIO input/output CAPABILITIES... Personally I recommend the TOSLINK fiber-optic option... Keep reading you will find all your "lip-sync" options ... too: Two page brochure (certainly shows them ALL) Denon AVR 3311CI Brochure Specs Page 2 AS does your 216 page SERVICE Manual Denon AVR 3311CI Owner Manual You are on the right track... but you need to get out all your DEVICE MANUALS (& study up).
