Coleman model 5645 inside fan motor not working

pull straight up on the cover. Remove the 4 screws that hold the fan to the heat sink. You can then remove the 2 torx screws and remove the heat sink if you need to. Clip the wires as close to the bad fan as possible so you will have enough for the new fan.

This is normal due to humidity, It means your cooler is working well.

Hi the cooler is on but not cooling

Sadly, it may have lost its refrigerant charge. Happens sometimes when they're jarred around a great deal or dropped.

Cooler freezing up

The system is most likley working fine.
The problem is moisture in side the unit. It needs to be dry inside or ice will build up on the cooling unit. make sure the lid is fully closed also.
