I thought I had some instructions on that Elgin clock, but it was for a mechanical wind up unit. There were many different models of these programmable clocks manufactured and the instructions differed. And they are just not readily available. I received a sports watch in a trade (with no instructions)and after 3 months I am still trying to determine how to program it! It might be that the "H" stands for hours and the "S" for set.
