Front cover is placed on front of machine. Should be some tabs near top, or on either side. If not, use finger nails or thin sturdy tool or object to pop open. Should be very little resistance. Don't force it. Should see all the guts of copier or whatever it may be. Usually can see the paper stuck in there. Good idea to unplug and try pulling jammed paper out. Close and restart.

something is wrong with the scanner located under the big glass the scanner is what move when you use the big glass or sens a document thru the doc feeder then the scanner move back towards the small glass

If there is paper trapped physically then it must be removed mechanically by removing the roller assembly and resetting. You need to check forr pieces of paper that have jammed or is obstructing the sensor as it displays the error.
Now if there is no paper locked within it can be failure of the optocoupler sensors that is causing the error. There are placed at the take up paper in-detect section and can be confirmed using a test for continuous voltage feed from the sensor.

developer gain problem .if ur a rep then u can adjust the gain in the service mode.it is tricky but possible .otherwise u have to install new developer and initialize it.this will solve ur problem
