TC type is set to the wrong value. Set the TC type value to 5. To change this setting, perform the following:
1. Press Utility
2. Enter the Service Mode (Stop-0-0-Stop-0-1).
3. Select number 4 Display.
4. Scroll to TC Type.
5. Enter 5 and exit.

Hello George;After you replace the drum, you have to push drum unit and developer unit closer,and the fasten it if stll don't work go to check the charge unit see there have broken crona wire ,if they do repace it.
