Hi, It could be the transfer belt that is not cleaning properly, causing a ghost image.

First check the alignment front and rear of the finisher, check the finisher exit guide rollers if the paper is exiting properly, open both rear and the front cover and check the lower gears attach is the up/down drive belt. that lower gear one might be broken by the pin slot.

Description Intermittent C-0201 (C0201), C-0202 (C0202) and C-0203 (C0203)paper lift error codes. Solution PROBABLE CAUSES: 1.The trail edge paper guide (p/n A03U R756 00) may not be pressed against the paper. This will allow the paper to fall backwards and induce the error code. Instruct the end user to check the position of the trail edge paper guide whenever paper is loaded into the paper tray. 2. Coupling for the tray lift for Tray 1, Tray 2 or Tray 3 is obstructed or out of alignment causing the tray to not lift. Inspect the coupler in the back of the machine for paper preventing the pin from seating in the coupler. Check alignment when tray is inserted. If out of alignment try to adjust the drive to properly align.

You can shake it from side to side. It will break up the toner. Side to side only. Or the connection of the cartridge into the machine it may not reconize cartridge. And if it has a pull strip it will/g ?|ask

I removed Drum Unit, emptied excess toner, cleaned and installed. After short start-up code cof32 appeared.

This is from manual, try to reset trouble code: 1-Turn the machine "OFF". 2-Press the "STOP" button on the basic panel. 3-Keep the button pressed and turn the machine "ON". 4-Do not release the button, until the machine warm up. 5-After few seconds Error code will remove and machine will reset.Basic menu will show no error on LCD screen.This means error code has been removed and photocopier machine is ready to use. your machines NVRAM is bad, did you have the main board replaced ? You are going to need a technician to repair this as the either the machine firmware is corrupt or the NVRAM module need to be replaced along with the main board $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ you can not reset!!!!! the NVRAM module and or main board work together, or the firmware is corrupt not the print drivers but the machine operating system which (firmware) is on a secure server with access to only KonicaMinolta dealership technicians. If has been replaced, then you might have a bad ATDC (Automatic Toner Density Control) sensor Located right below the developer unit. If the developer was replaced when it was done was a vacuum cleaner used? IF so the static electricity from the vacuum clear destroyed the sensor, NEVER USE a VACUUM cleaner to remove the developer. Also when the developer was replaced, was counter cleared to tell the copier developer was replaced, the copier uses the counters to determine certain voltages for certain assemblies, if not image problems and codes can appear. Finally, was the F8 run after the developer was installed before ant prints or copies made? If not buy new developer and start over, counter is to be cleared first, then developer replaced, then F8 run. If this code comes back have to replace the CCD or the exposure lamp. both located under the big glass. The Black device under the glass to your right is the CCD and the exposure lamp is bright light to your left which turn on when you scan 1. Turn OFF the main power switch. 2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key. 3. Touch [Trouble Reset]. 4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset. 5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly. Press the Trouble Reset Switch on the master Board for this fusing malfunction. Remove rear cover to gain access to control board, small little black switch, power must be on to do this be careful if the code come s back buy a new fuser unit, if you can find one. Quite old machine. DO NOT CONTINUE TO RESET the fuser can catch on fire that will ruin a perfectly good day.!!!!!
