It is not receiving phone calls or the intercom to the handset does not work? Try reregistering the handset. You must be at the base to do this.

Several things can go wrong. Do they need to dial an extension to access an outside line? Make sure they know this. Also, make certain to remove any area code in the menu settings. The phone could be trying to make a call, yet it dial the area code each time and screws up the PBX, so no outside line. There are more possibilities, but they require on site tests.

Has happened before at many of our locations, always after being dropped. Usually the phone is not on silent, the ringer is broken. The only solution we have found is top replace the handset.

Hold the large grey button on the bottom of the base unit down until all 4 lights come on. Then, on the handset, choose Menu, 6, 1. It will say so on the handset when it is registered.

To change between pulse and rotary, from an administrator handset press MENU-9-1.
