Wrench key lights up ,machine dont stop
That is suggesting something in it needs service, whether as, an interval checkup / cleaning, or because the drum needs cleaned or replaced, etc. Think of it was being like the Check Engine light in your car.
My Savin 2535 MF scanner
There could be many reasons for this problem. Here are the solutions.
1. Change the communication cable (USB or RJ45) which connects the printer to the network or computer. Yes, faulty cable may allow you to print but may not allow you to scan.
2. In [System Settings], under [Administrator Tools], check the settings of LDAP server.
For details, see "Programming the LDAP server", Network and System Settings
Guide.
Try to disconnect all the other devices from the network and then try to scan once again. See if this solves the problem. Then there is a ip conflict in the network.
This will solve your problem.
We have a Savin 2545 copier. We received an error
That error is for the shift tray motor in your finisher where the copies come out. The tray should move from side to side when you switch the machine off and on. It sounds as if it is binding for some reason.
I have a service code
Ricoh copier service code SC541 refers to the fuser assembly having a problem.
Sometimes they code can be temporarily reset, however, it will
eventually come back
and not go away!
While the
printer is on do the following:
- Hold down both of the arrow keys for 10 seconds
- Press ENTER
- Select Option 2 for Engine
- Choose 7 Data Log
- scroll down to 7807 and execute it. click OK
- press the escape button until you get to the engine option
- then select option 3 to end
- restart the printer by pressing the power button.
If the above does not work, repeat the procedure but instead of 7807
look for SC calling, something like that, and reset the whole thing.
The reality is that the problem is fixable though, and do not need to
purchase a new fuser, after clearing the code, the printer should work
fine again

I HAVE A SC541 CODE ON SAVIN 2522 SER. NO
Copiers use error codes in order to alert users that there is a problem with the functioning of the copier. Codes that begin with "SC" refer to issues with the fuser area. While clearing the code can be accomplished by most users, it is important to point out that clearing the code does not fix the problem. Codes that reappear should be addressed by a certified technician.
Press the "Clear Modes" button. This button will be on the main panel of the copier.
Press the "1,0,7" keys in succession. You do not have to hold the buttons down at the same time but need to press and release them in this exact order.
Press and hold the "Stop" key. You will need to hold this button down until the copier enters into service mode. The touch screen display will read "service mode" and three soft keys will appear.
Press the "exit" button. This button will be on the touch screen display in the upper right hand corner. Once pressed, the copier will return to normal operation mode.
Turn off the main power. The main power button will be located on the side or front of the copier, depending on which model you are working on.
Turn the power back on. Once the copier is powered back up, the service code will be cleared
I have a recurring problem with a SAVIN 2545 at
I've never seen this problem, even in damp environments. Are you sure it's not a problem with the PCU's toner supply mechanism or with the dev unit's auger?
Is it a customer who runs a very low volume? I've seen problems with the toner clumping behind the cleaning blade, but never on the front side of the PCU like that. You might want to try asking around in Ricoh's tech forum, found on the Ricoh website:

Savin 2545 document feeder gives a gray band on the copies
Yes - surprisingly - we had the same problem, the gray stripe along the side of the page only showed up when the original was fed through the document feeder on top. Cleaned the small area of glass under the feeder repeatedly with no change to the resulting stripe, but then while cleaning the upper roller, above the area of glass where the scan lamp illuminates during the copying from the ADF, we found a small piece of paper adhering to the top roller in the paper path, cleaned it off, and no more band. We didn't see the bit of paper on the upper roller until we rolled it while cleaning. Still can't figure how that made a stripe....but hope this helps you.
Lines in paper. New toner, adjust darkness but
yes, it need to be replaced the opc drum, opc drum cleaning blade and the developer, or just the opc drum and cleaning blade for the opc drum. Best turn out is to be done a regular PM service on the machine and to be replaced the opc drum and the opc drum cleaning blade.
