Pages are printing out with spots and have done cleaning

I imagine you, like me and so many other people are using 3rd party, after toner cartridges. If this is the case and head cleaning hasn't solved your issue, I suggest buying Canon brand toner cartridge and cleaning your printer head manually before installing the new ink. If this is not the case, or for a temporary solution for such a case, you can open the printer up and do a manual cleaning. You can purchase a "print head cleaning kit" online or possibly at your local electronics retailer. Make sure to unplug your printer from power before attempting to use any liquid cleaner!

Has a message that says "saved to memory". Put in a new toner cart and I want to print the stored memory. Any suggestions on how to do this?

Will not scan - says turn off computer and follow manual instructions "error code: 2,255,0

Question: does error show on printer display panel
or on computer?
Can you print?
Connected via USB or Ethernet?

My Canon ImageClass MF6590 keeps flashing a message " Check Document". There was a jam in the Top document feeder tray but it has been clearsd now. My printer will not take but half a page before jamm

That suggests either that the jam or clearing it physically damaged something, or that despite looking carefully there is still at least a little bit of paper jammed in there somewhere. I do't know how often my printers have jammed on something very much smaller than my little finger nail...

How to print envelopes on canon mf6590

The way I do it to create in Word 2007 envelops. While a letter is still displayed look for Create button and select Create envelops. You select the dimensions of the envelop and the way it is fed. You will need to try a few times to be sure it comes out correctly.

Sounds like your machine is set to copy/print in double sided mode as the default. The reason the paper is going back in then exiting is because it is making a 2 sided copy/print. You did not mention wether it does this while copying, printing or both?
If it was only when printing from your PC then it may be in your print setup. Either way I would look specifically at the settings that deal with duplexing / 2 sided copying
