Dig out as much as you can, leaving the soap door open. Then remove the bottom rack and make sure the drain is not plugged with labels or food particles that did not go down. You can also remove that trap to thoroughly clean it out. Put it back together and run a cycle with nothing in the dishwasher, no soap and see if that works.

Make sure the hose is looped higher than the sink drain before it goes into the Y connection of the drain. This helps the syphon effect and prevents the sink water from draining into the dishwasher.

Check your fine screen in the water inlet valve, do not remove it.. Clean it and you should be fine.
