maybe just calibration printer , to take new cartridge printhead ,or power cord not plug well

Cabgal .... what are you talking about? What you said makes no sense.Explain yourself better or don't post!The error is due to lack of memory needed to save/process the scanned pages. If you are scanning a full size book ... try limiting your scan to no more than 100 pages. Before you attempt to scan again ... power cycle the HP printer/scanner. Then run %temp% and purge all of the files listed.

When will somebody begin mail-in cartridge refills for the Kodak 30 cartridge? I have about 10 for refills.Larry H

normally you will need to let the printer know that you have preformed any maintenance on it by clearing the error count after such an error occurs and is fixed it is normally listed under general or service options on the printer menu but you may need to look through the users manual
