Dell Studio 1535 Laptop
Hi Kwesi Quincy,
The Optical drive (DVD drive) is present on the right hand side in a Dell Studio 1535 system so please press the eject button next to it and see if that helps. You may refer the attached picture which might help.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks and Regards.
Dell studio 1535 is not booting up.
Does it display anything on your laptop screen. To me it seems like your laptop screen is malfuncting.
Try connecting a second screen to your laptop, see if it displays something
Continuous beep before boot
Erm, as I recall when I've had this problem in the past it's because the ram hasn't been seated properly.
Normally it looks good but it just needs a firm, but not aggressive, push. Possibly it could be another connection which is lose but I've always had this issue when it's been a memory problem.
