Help to download
The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive.
There are also plenty of photo catalog software packages out there for both Mac and Windows, some free, some not, that can transfer and catalog your pictures so you can quickly find pictures from Susie's birthday party, for example. Just do a google search for "photo catalog software".

Please test with the a different battery If you do not have access to another battery Try these steps instead: Please take the battery out of the camera. b. Got it wet and now it won't turn on.
Water kills digital cameras. Fact. That's why it's always one of the principal exclusions on camera warranties.
Assuming that you've already unsuccessfully tried taking the common sense route and removed the batteries and left the camera somewhere dry and well ventilated then the camera is now junk.
Any professional repair attempt would not make any economic sense; most repair shops would refuse to even attempt such a repair on such a low-cost (£70) camera. Even if the camera could be repaired, there will be ongoing internal corrosion and the camera normally would fail soon after.
Sorry but your only fix on this is to chuck it away and replace it.
No sound on my video Kodak M340....
Your camera has a speaker and microphone.
When recording please make sure you're not covering the microphone.
If the sound is playing on the camera and on other devices.
I suspect it might be your speakers on the computer.
Camera wont come on
Since it is dropped there is a strong chance that it might be F.. But. Here are the steps for no power problems: 1. Clean the battery contacts. a. Hi,
Are the photo's stored on a memory card?
If so then i suggest you purchase a card reader,
take the card out of the camera and put it into the the card reader,
plug that directly into your PC and transfer the photo's to your PC.
If
you don't have them on a memory card
but on the camera's internal memory, put in a memory card and transfer
the photo's to that using the camera's menu. Then you can use the card
reader to get your photo's on your PC.
Card readers are fairly
inexpensive and can cost anything from $2 - $40 (£1 - £25-30) Please
post back if you require anymore help or advice. Regards.

Lens problem
Sorry, but there's not a safe or sure DIY fix for the lens problem, and any attempts at a homebrew repair will likely make things worse. Your camera needs professional attention, so I suggest that you take it to a local camera shop (NOT the camera department at a chain store) or contact the factory support folks via the Kodak.com web site to arrange repairs. Be sure to get a firm price, not just an estimate, before you commit to anything. Cost for the fix can approach the price of a new camera, and repairs typically only carry a 30-day warranty.

Underneath the camera there is a hatch.
Please open the hatch and shift the lever to the side in order to remove the battery.
The flash won't work
That will be a mechanical problem and the camera is in a need of a repair.
If your camera is Out of Warranty the repair of this model for this fault is about 48 pounds + shipping. KODAK also offers a Trade up option where you will have the opportunity to trade up to a newer model 25-30% cheaper than the market price.
